Jordanian footballers continue securing professional contracts abroad, with several confirmed signings and more expected in coming days.
Most recently, national team and former Faisaly player Salem Al-Ajalin joined Bahrain’s Al-Budaiya. Iraq’s Al-Karmah Club also officially signed national team defender Mohammad Abu Hashish, after previously acquiring Ibrahim Saadeh and eyeing Ali Alwan.
Elsewhere, Iraq’s Al-Zawraa Club signed Raziq Bani Hani and Nizar Al-Rashdan, with strong indications they’ll also recruit Abdullah Naseeb.
Meanwhile, Muhannad Abu Taha remains with Iraq’s Al-Karkh, as talks progress with Arif Al-Haj and Rajaei Ayed for potential transfers to Iraqi clubs.
Recent months saw other Jordanians join Gulf clubs: Majd Al-Zoubi signed with Bahrain’s Al-Ahli, and more are expected to follow.
On the global scene, Mousa Al-Taamari plays for France’s Rennes, Yazan Naimat for Qatar’s Al-Arabi, Yazan Al-Arab for FC Seoul in South Korea, and Ibrahim Sabrah for Turkey’s Göztepe. In Malaysia, Noor Al-Rawabdeh and Mohammad Abu Al-Nadi feature for Selangor FC. In the UAE, Mahmoud Mardi plays for Dibba, while Hussam Abu Al-Dhahab, Yousef Abu Al-Jazar, and Ali Al-Azayzeh are in Kuwait with Salmiya and Kazma respectively.
More overseas signings by Jordanian players are expected in coming days.
