The College of Technical Education at Amman Ahliyya University announced admission requirements and available majors for the intermediate diploma as follows:

Admission Requirements:

The applicant must hold a General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent.

The applicant’s average in the General Secondary Education Certificate or equivalent must not be less than 50%.

Students who scored 40% or higher in secondary school subjects starting from the 2017–2018 academic year may be admitted to all intermediate diploma programmes, provided they have an overall average of 50% or higher in the General Secondary Education Certificate.


Intermediate Diploma Majors:

Medical Equipment Technology (Scientific, Industrial, and Information Management – second track).

Automotive Engineering (Scientific, Industrial, and Information Management – second track).

Software Engineering (Scientific, Industrial, and Information Management).

Interior Design (All secondary education branches).

Film and Television (All secondary education branches
