Amman – Royal Court Chief Yousef Hassan Aysawi says national unity red line, stressing campaigns of doubt and conspiracies doomed to fail before cohesion of Jordanians and loyalty to leadership.
Aysawi says attempts to redraw region map will not withstand history, Jordan with Hashemite leadership to remain bulwark against undermining nation’s rights or compromising constants.
Remarks come during two meetings at Royal Court Saturday: first with representatives from Aqaba governorate, including all components of society from cities, villages, Bedouin communities, camps, Muslims and Christians; second with members of ‘Arbakom Youth Voluntary Team’.
Aysawi reviews national and Arab efforts led by King Abdullah II, saying Jordan model of steadfastness, pillar of stability, beacon of modernization in region.
He says King prioritises development, reform, modernization to improve citizens’ living standards, enhance services, opportunities for youth, reflecting leadership’s commitment to people’s concerns and needs.
Aysawi says Jordan under King never falters in carrying message of Arab nation, remaining firm in national and pan-Arab principles. He says King since assuming responsibility sets goal to make Jordan model of moderation and political balance while firm in defending national interests and just Arab causes.
He says Palestinian cause always core of Jordan’s position, stressing King strongest voice defending Palestinian right to freedom and state on national soil.
