First round of Amman Arab Youth Capital 2025 five-a-side football championship for youth concluded Friday in Capital Governorate with participation of 122 teams across districts.

Results crowned Jerusalem team champion of Qasaba, Falcons champion of Qweismeh, Lapo Sayaf champion of Sahab, Abu Nseir champion of University, Middle East champion of Jiza, Jofeh champion of Naour, Shabab Iraq al Amir champion of Wadi Seer, and Hamada Restaurants champion of Marka.

Director of Capital Youth Anas Saeed Qudah said championship is key to sharpening skills and developing physical abilities of youth, as well as supplying national teams with young talents that support Jordanian sport.

Winning teams from first round to meet in second round from 28 Sept to 4 Oct to decide governorate champion, who will advance to third round to compete for Kingdom title.
