Middle East University Signs Cooperation MoU with Optimum Partners – Jordan

Amman – Middle East University, represented by its President Prof. Sari Hamdan, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Optimum Partners – Jordan, represented by Vice Chairman Eyad Hamoudeh, aimed at training IT students and enhancing their skills in line with labor market requirements.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Amer Hamdan, Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Partnerships at Optimum Partners, and Prof. Mohammad Al-Qatawneh, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at the university.

Prof. Hamdan stated that the MoU reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector, expanding practical training opportunities for students, and enhancing their competencies to meet labor market needs. He emphasized that the agreement aligns with the university’s vision of integrating academic education with applied and professional experience to serve students’ futures.

Eyad Hamoudeh expressed the company’s pride in the partnership, affirming its commitment to providing a practical learning environment where students can work on real projects, develop their skills, and gain competitive advantages in technology fields.

The cooperation includes practical training for IT students within university laboratories, skills development aligned with global market standards, and training all students in artificial intelligence as a core professional tool. Students will also have opportunities to engage in real projects executed by the company, with top-performing graduates potentially securing employment at Optimum Partners.
