Apartment sales in Jordan increased by 2.1% during the first nine months of 2025 compared to the same period last year, rising from 26,940 to 27,508 units.
Sales of apartments larger than 150 square metres rose by 8%, reaching 12,407 units, up from 11,518 a year earlier.
In September alone, sales of large apartments increased by 13%, totalling 1,496 units compared to 1,320 in September 2024.
Sales of apartments smaller than 120 sq m rose by 3% to 8,351 units, while sales of mid-sized apartments between 120 and 150 sq m declined by 3% to 7,082 from 7,279.
In September, sales of mid-size units fell by 2% to 885 units from 901 last year.
Overall, 3,384 apartments were sold in September 2025 — up 3.27% year-on-year, but down 7.97% from August 2025.
Since November 2024, Jordan’s Cabinet has exempted apartments larger than 150 sq m from 50% of registration fees, and smaller ones from 100% of those fees.
