Lebanese Energy Minister Joseph Sakaya said a trilateral meeting will be held in Amman on November 20 with Jordanian Energy Minister Saleh Kharabsheh and Syrian counterpart Mohammad Bashir.
He told CNBC Arabia the meeting aims to discuss possibilities of reactivating the electrical interconnection lines and the Arab Gas Pipeline.
Sakaya said Jordan and Lebanon are technically and infrastructurally ready, while the meeting will assess Syria’s technical readiness to restore the linkage.
