AMMAN — Driven by its ongoing commitment to maintaining direct communication with its customers and embodying its slogan 'Always With You,' Orange Jordan launched the second edition of its 'My Customer, My Boss' initiative on Tuesday, October 6, coinciding with World Customer Experience Day 2026. The initiative saw broad participation led by Orange Jordan CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour, members of the executive committee, and over 1,300 employees from various departments, who conducted field visits across the Kingdom to meet customers directly. During the field tours, more than 230 teams comprising leadership and staff engaged with over 10,000 customers across Jordan in their living and working environments, listening to their needs and expectations to translate those insights into practical steps to enhance their experience. 'Today, our employees stepped out of their offices to connect with our customers across the Kingdom in their everyday environments. Proximity to customers is a core ambition of our 'Trust in the Future' strategy and lies at the heart of how Orange operates every day,' said Eng. Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan. 'As always, we look forward to analyzing and acting on all feedback to ensure we continue to exceed our customers' expectations.' The 'My Customer, My Boss' initiative places the customer's voice at the center of Orange Jordan’s development process, leveraging direct interaction to identify opportunities for improvement and design services that better respond to customer expectations. The initiative forms part of a broader strategic effort across Orange Middle East and Africa, implemented in 17 countries to foster a customer-centric culture. This second edition builds upon the success of the 2025 launch, where customer feedback yielded notable operational enhancements over the past year, including the rollout of 'Ma'ak' 5G mobile lines, simplified recharge processes, accelerated fiber installations, and new features integrated into the Orange Money wallet.
