AMMAN Under the 'Engage for Change' initiative—launched by Orange Middle East and Africa to enhance employee participation in voluntary and community initiatives—a number of Orange Jordan employees volunteered to participate in mock judging sessions for the fifth season of the Orange Summer Challenge 2026, evaluating projects developed by participating teams and providing constructive feedback to help refine their solutions and enhance their readiness for the final ceremony, thereby contributing to empowering young talent and entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into tangible projects with positive and sustainable impact on society. The session featured a simulation of the final judging panel for the challenge organized by the Orange Digital Center, during which four entrepreneurial teams delivered presentations on their artificial intelligence-based projects developed since the launch of the competition last July under the title 'AI for Business Growth Acceleration.' The closing ceremony is scheduled to take place in November, where the first-place winning project will be announced to represent Jordan in the regional edition of the challenge across the Middle East and Africa. Orange Jordan reaffirmed its firm commitment to nurturing the Kingdom's entrepreneurship ecosystem from its position as a trusted digital partner driving innovation and entrepreneurship, operating on the belief that digital empowerment for young men and women extends beyond traditional training to encompass knowledge-sharing and skill development through qualitative initiatives reflecting its corporate identity, values, and culture of care, responsibility, and boldness. It is worth noting that the 'Engage for Change' program provides a supportive and positive platform enabling all Orange employees across all operating countries to actively participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives that generate a positive impact on society.
