The national gymnastics team player, Ahmed Abu Al-Saud, continued his brilliance and won the gold medal yesterday evening, Sunday, on the horse handle apparatus, during his participation in the Challenge Cup Championship, which was held in the Turkish city of Mersin.
“Abu Al-Saud” came in first place after collecting 15,555 points, leaving second place to Ukrainian Oleg Vernev, who won silver by collecting 14,800 points, and Finnish Oscar Kermis came third with 13,500 points.
Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, congratulated the student Ahmed Abu Al-Saud, wishing him to win more championships and continue the honorable representation of Jordan and Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
