The stock portfolio constitutes 16.9% of security assets.. The value of the stock portfolio in the Social Security Fund Investment Fund amounts to (2404) million dinars (two billion four hundred and four million dinars), as of 6/30/2023. The stock portfolio is considered the second largest investment portfolio of the fund after the bond portfolio, and constitutes 16.9% of the fund’s total assets. The stock portfolio is divided into two parts: The first: The public contributions portfolio: its value is (2177) million dinars and is distributed among the following sectors: 1- The banking sector: 927 million dinars. 2- Industrial sector: 808 million dinars. 3- Services sector: 440 million dinars. 4- Insurance sector: 2.2 million dinars. Second: Private Contributions Portfolio: Its value is (227) million dinars, distributed across the energy, infrastructure, services and investment funds sectors. I call on the Security Fund Investment Fund to increase its contributions to the industrial and services sectors and diversify it into these two sectors in particular, as they are among the most important pillars of the national economy and contribute about 85% of the state’s gross domestic product.
