It is noteworthy that the Public Prosecutor of the State Security Court had previously referred the case to the court so that the defendants could be tried before it on charges of:
1 Exporting firearms with the intention of using them illegally in conjunction with the provisions of Articles (3, and 7/c) of the Prevention of Terrorism Law No. 55 of 2006 and its amendments, and pursuant to Article 7/F of the same law (repeated four times).
2. Selling firearms with the intention of using them illegally, in violation of the provisions of Articles (3, F, 7/C) of the Prevention of Terrorism Law No. (55) of 2006 and its amendments.
. - Initiating the export of firearms with the intention of using them illegally, in violation of the provisions of Articles (3F, 7C) of the Prevention of Terrorism Law No. (55) of 2006 and its amendments, and in accordance with Article 7/F of the same law.
4. Carrying out actions that would disrupt public order and endanger the safety and security of society, by participating in violation of the provisions of Articles (2), 7/i of the Prevention of Terrorism Law No. (55) of 2006 and its amendments, and in accordance with Article 7/f of the same law.
