The President of the Middle East University, Professor Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin, met with the deans of the colleges and faculty members. The meeting was attended by the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, a faculty member in the College of Business, Dr. Ahmed Nasser El-Din, the deans of the colleges, the assistant presidents, Professor Dr. Tamara Nasser El-Din, and Dr. Salim Sharif, and faculty members.
At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Fatiha was read to the souls of the victims who died in the earthquake in Morocco and the floods in Libya.
Dr. Al-Mahadin said that the university has given its graduates, through its courses and applied programs, preference in the labor market, as the courses and training programs played an important role in giving graduates a competitive advantage in the labor market, as they are directly linked to the career paths they have chosen, and this makes them more valuable to employers who are looking for... About candidates who can contribute and unleash their ideas from day one, adding that practical training at the university is not linked to the academic year that precedes graduation, but rather is divided over all years of study.
She added, during her speech at the meeting moderated by a faculty member at the College of Arts and Educational Sciences, Dr. Jumana Al-Salem, that all of the university’s colleges have found a place for themselves in the field of international and local accreditations, indicating that the design of the study programs is consistent with the National Qualifications Framework, which calls for the necessity of accommodating the programs. Which means preparing files linked to indicators of the educational process by measuring the degree of its effectiveness.
