Muhammad Abu Jaja won the gold medal in the under-60kg competition by defeating Mongolia’s “Bindulay” in the final, while Hussain Ashish won the gold medal in the under-80kg competition over Uzbekistan’s Aslonov Odeljon.
Ziad Ashish won the silver medal in the under-71 kg competitions in the Asian Championship, after achieving 3 victories and losing the final match against Kazakhstan's player Aslan Bey.
Uday Al-Hindawi also won the silver medal in the under-86 kg competitions in the Asian Championship, after achieving 3 victories and losing the final match against Thailand's player Jakapong.
