Gold prices rised in the local market on Saturday by 50 piasters, according to the daily bulletin issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Jewelry Shops.
The sale price of a gram of 21-carat gold, the most desired by citizens, was 41.50 dinars for the purposes of buying from goldsmiths’ shops, compared to 39.80 dinars for the point of sale.
The sale price of one gram of gold in 24 and 18 carats for purchase from goldsmiths was 48.70 and 37 dinars respectively.
