official report revealed that, upon examining the remuneration paid to an employee in the position of legal advisor in the Water Authority, the following was revealed:
1- She was appointed to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation according to Letter No. (WMR/743/10/4) dated 3/8/2011 with a contract. Inclusive of all bonuses, with a monthly salary of 1,590 dinars. 2- The Prime Minister was addressed in a letter from the Minister of Water and Irrigation No. (WG/62/42) dated 2/11/2016 to approve her reappointment to the position of Director of the Legal Affairs Unit with a comprehensive contract for all bonuses and a salary of 2,300 dinars per month from the date of 3/13/2016. Considering that it is a reference for developing and regulating water sector legislation and for its participation in the boards of directors and committees related to the work of the ministry, water companies and major projects, and it was approved according to the Prime Minister’s letter No. 57/5/1/7802 dated 2/16/2016 3- Rewards worth 51,392 were paid to it. One dinar from the date of amending the value of the contract in the period (3/13/2016 to 11/21/2020) in exchange for the tasks and works referred to in the letter of the Minister of Water and Irrigation, based on which the contract was renewed and its value increased, in contravention of the provisions of the effective civil service system and the terms of the contract concluded between the two parties, which were as follows. the next:
a. A total of 38,100 dinars in exchange for rewards, legal consultations, follow-up of water issues, administrative and financial aspects, application of the Water Authority Law and the groundwater monitoring system, and participation in committees.
B- A total of 13,292 dinars as compensation for representing the Water Authority on the boards of directors of the Wadi Araba Development Company for the years (2016-2020).
