In collaboration with Vienna Medical Group, Amman Al-Ahliyya University launched an employment program yesterday, Tuesday, July 9, 2024, for graduates of the nursing program in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The program involves training Jordanian nurses in the German language up to level A2, followed by another language training program in Vienna, Austria, and subsequent employment with the Vienna Healthcare Group.
Professor Dr. Anas Al-Saud, Vice President of Amman Al-Ahliyya University for International Relations and Quality, explained that graduates of the nursing program in Jordan can apply for this program through the electronic platform on the university’s website starting today.
The first batch will be selected before the end of this month to join the free training program on August 3, 2024, at Amman Al-Ahliyya University's campus for two months. The training schedule will accommodate nurses who are currently working in hospitals.
Dr. Al-Saud clarified that the Vienna Medical Group covers all costs of training, travel, and accommodation, in addition to providing a generous monthly salary. This initiative aims to attract outstanding Jordanian talents in this field. Nurses will be eligible for permanent residency and potentially Austrian citizenship after fulfilling the required legal period, should they wish to pursue it.
