Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ahliyya Amman University, crowned the winners of the Jordanian Universities Basketball 3×3 Championship. The event was hosted at the university’s Arena Sports Complex, attended by Professor Ahmad Hamdan, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Professor Mustafa Al-Atiyat, Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Mohammad Mubaydeen, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, and several officials from the university and Arena Club’s sports activities.

The championship, held over two days, featured representatives from various Jordanian universities, including top players from national teams and leading clubs. It saw thrilling competition with 18 men’s teams and 10 women’s teams participating.

Ahliyya Amman University’s men’s team delivered an outstanding performance, securing second place after winning six matches but narrowly losing the final to Princess Sumaya University for Technology.

This championship stands as a significant sporting event, fostering a spirit of athletic competition among Jordanian universities while highlighting Ahliyya Amman University's commitment to supporting sports and youth activities.
