Al-Zoubi pointed out that she provided the regiment with the means of comfort using our simple habits, so she received them in coffee, and then prepared for them a traditional meal such as maqlouba and grape leaves, in addition to the sultan and mujdara, and then dressed them in the traditional clothing of the Sultan (Sultan creation) and the men's folk dress.
She added that she serves popular sweets, such as al-Haitalia with local ghee, in addition to qarnas and pure, and she also prepares food with tourists.

She pointed out that the Tourism Promotion Authority provided her with support and promotion by receiving tourist delegations at her home, and as a result, she obtained the money that enabled her to restore her rented house for 30 dinars, at that time.
Al-Zoubi explained that her house was 'unfit for human life,' as it was neglected, and she worked on repairing and restoring it quietly.
She confirmed the support of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, who visited her surprisingly, and provided her with moral support and filled her heart with joy, love and self-confidence, as it was a small project and after her visit to her project, it became the focus of attention of a large number of media.

She stressed that these visits are a source of pride for Jordan, as it is a modest house in which 7 people lived and received the most important personalities.
She revealed that she is the first lady in Salt, who worked on establishing a project of this kind for her, indicating that any woman with self-challenge can achieve what she wants.
She expressed her wishes to meet His Majesty King Abdullah II at her home and visit her.
