Mohammad Abdel Khaleq announces launch of Green One real estate project in the Zuhour area
Amman hosts the Green One real estate project, designed with modern, advanced global standards. The project offers attractive investment opportunities for those seeking luxury apartments, with payment facilities divided into three stages.
Mohammad Abdel Khaleq, CEO of Aqarijo, revealed the signing of an exclusive marketing agreement for the project and announced the start of construction, which began earlier this June in the Zuhour area near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
Abdel Khaleq stated that the project spans about 24,000 square meters and consists of eight residential buildings under special zoning regulations (two floors and a rooftop). It includes 86 luxury apartments ranging in size from 180 to 600 square meters.
He described the project’s features, noting that Green One is Jordan’s first fully AI-powered residential project, with advanced integration of artificial intelligence technologies. It is also the first of its kind to be built without structural columns. The interior and exterior feature travertine stone, with high ceilings reflecting global standards. These specifications reflect the developer’s commitment to innovation in real estate and aim to revolutionise the housing sector in Jordan, offering citizens comfort, safety, and luxury.
Abdel Khaleq listed the project’s key features: prime location, semi-gated community, panoramic views, hotel-style finishes, high privacy, luxury, tranquility, smart apartments, gardens, swimming pool, and gym.
He added that prices start at JD 1,250 per square meter and go up to JD 2,000. Buyers can opt for installment payments split into three phases: 25% upon signing the contract, 25% after six months, and the remaining 50% upon receiving the apartment.
The CEO said that units can be delivered within 12 to 14 months, and invited interested buyers to contact Aqarijo for more information.
It’s worth noting that Aqarijo is the first real estate marketing company in Jordan to operate multiple social media platforms, with high credibility and millions of annual views locally, regionally, and globally.
