The program in Tokyo opened with a large meeting of Japanese tour operators, including a seminar on Jordan’s cultural, historical, and natural attractions, followed by B2B meetings and media coverage.
In Osaka, the focus shifted to tourism promotion and investment opportunities, with presentations on available projects, bilateral meetings with Japanese companies, and a Jordanian hospitality event showcasing traditional cuisine and culture.
Jordan’s ambassador to Japan, Nasser Shraideh, said the initiative reflects strong Jordan-Japan ties and offers a platform to boost cooperation in tourism and investment. Tourism Minister Maen Hmoud described the Japanese market as strategic, stressing Jordan’s appeal for travellers seeking unique cultural and historical experiences.
