An Israeli drone strike targeted a car near the town of Jiyyeh, about 30 km south of Beirut, the Lebanese National News Agency reported Tuesday.
The agency said the drone hit a vehicle near the Zarout mosque between Jiyyeh and Barja in Iqlim al-Kharroub.
The strike comes a day after a series of Israeli raids on eastern Lebanon killed five people, according to the Health Ministry. The Israeli army said those strikes targeted Hezbollah positions.
