Rami Nassar, head of the Madama Village Council, stated that settlers from a new outpost established between the villages of Beita, Tell, and Madama cut down electricity poles for the second time in a week. This led to the destruction of the area's power grid and caused blackouts across parts of the village. Villages south of Nablus—particularly Jalud, Qaryut, Talfit, Qusra, and Madama—are witnessing an escalation in settler attacks.
