Orange Jordan has revealed the winners of its 2025 Inspiring Change award, which recognises women leaders in the tech sector whose sustainable digital innovations tangible social and environmental impact. This year’s edition, supported by Capital Bank and held in partnership with the ICT Association of Jordan (int@j) through its SHETECHS women’s empowerment unit, aims to boost women's role in tech and foster creative ideas in Jordan.
A new category for fintech was introduced this year to broaden support for female entrepreneurs in advanced tech sectors.
1st place: Wasil
2nd place: Genskin
3rd place: SOHO ERP
Fintech Award: BitMal
Projects were judged on innovation, social and environmental impact, scalability, and sustainability—highlighting women's capacity to drive real change through technology.

He noted that the partnership with Capital Bank and int@j expanded the award’s scope and participation, especially by introducing new categories and encouraging diverse female-led tech projects.
