Orange Jordan Announces Winners of 'Inspiring Change' 2025 Award

Orange Jordan has revealed the winners of its 2025 Inspiring Change award, which recognises women leaders in the tech sector whose sustainable digital innovations tangible social and environmental impact. This year’s edition, supported by Capital Bank and held in partnership with the ICT Association of Jordan (int@j) through its SHETECHS women’s empowerment unit, aims to boost women's role in tech and foster creative ideas in Jordan.

A new category for fintech was introduced this year to broaden support for female entrepreneurs in advanced tech sectors.

1st place: Wasil

2nd place: Genskin

3rd place: SOHO ERP

Fintech Award: BitMal


Projects were judged on innovation, social and environmental impact, scalability, and sustainability—highlighting women's capacity to drive real change through technology.

The jury included:

Rana Dababneh, Director of Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Orange Jordan

Tamara Battal, Director of the CEO Office at Capital Bank

Maha Saeed, Board Member at int@j

Hiba Al-Majali, CEO and Chairwoman at Netcompany-Intrasoft

Sara Fanous, Investment and Entrepreneurship Director at the Ministry of Digital Economy


Orange Jordan CEO Philippe Mansour said the award, now in its fourth edition, reflects the company’s commitment to empowering women in the digital space and supporting innovative startups. He noted that the partnership with Capital Bank and int@j expanded the award’s scope and participation, especially by introducing new categories and encouraging diverse female-led tech projects.

Capital Bank CEO Tamer Ghazaleh congratulated the winners and expressed pride in supporting an initiative that celebrates Jordanian women’s inspirational impact in technology. He highlighted the fintech award as part of the bank’s dedication to developing this critical sector and supporting economic empowerment for women.

int@j Chairman Amjad Sweis stated that the SHETECHS platform and the Inspiring Change award reflect the association’s strategic commitment to enabling women leaders in tech. He praised the inclusion of the fintech category as a step toward integrating women into cutting-edge, impactful tech sectors aligned with the 2025 International Women’s Day theme: Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.

He congratulated the winners for their achievements and meaningful contributions to shaping a more inclusive, innovative digital future.
