Middle East University signed a memorandum of understanding with Green Circle for Cybersecurity to enhance students’ and graduates’ skills in cybersecurity and prepare them for the labour market with advanced practical capabilities aligned with digital transformation needs in Jordan and the region.

The agreement was signed by Dean of the School of Information Technology Prof Qusai Shambour on behalf of the university and by General Manager Eng Ali Al-Assaf on behalf of the company, in the presence of representatives from both sides.

The memorandum includes launching the ‘Cyber Bridge’ programme, which connects academic learning with field experience through staged training involving technical simulations in virtual environments and in-company training. It also provides access to the ‘Cyber Zero to Hero’ platform, offering interactive training experiences and digital competitions that reflect real-world challenges.

The agreement also features the GiG programme, which supports flexible and remote work models in line with global technology market trends.
