Energy Ministry: Global fuel prices rise

Prices of petroleum derivatives in global markets increased during the second week of this month compared with the first week, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
According to the bulletin, the price of gasoline octane 95 rose from USD 613 to USD 621 per ton (up 1.3%), octane 90 from USD 600 to USD 608 per ton (up 1.3%), diesel from USD 559 to USD 568 per ton (up 1.6%), and kerosene from USD 618 to USD 624 per ton (up 1.9%).
The average price of fuel oil also increased from USD 338 to USD 343 per ton (up 1.5%), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from USD 488 to USD 520 per ton (up 6.6%), and Brent crude from USD 62 to USD 66 per barrel (up 6.5%).
