Orange Jordan announces winners of the 2026 "Inspiring Change" award

Orange Jordan has officially revealed the four winners of the 2026 "Inspiring Change" award, an initiative launched in conjunction with International Women’s Day. Supported by Capital Bank and held in cooperation with the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) under the "SHETECHS" women's empowerment umbrella, the award underscores a continuous commitment to fostering female leadership in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.
The fifth edition of the award introduced a significant with the debut of a new category dedicated to sustainable solutions. The four winners were recognized for their innovative digital projects that demonstrate a positive impact on both society and the environment within the ICT sector. These success stories highlight the award's role in transforming ambitious concepts into competitive, scalable business ventures.
"SpineSight" secured first place for its advancements in health technology, utilizing artificial intelligence to diagnose spinal issues and provide specialized recommendations. Second place was awarded to "OIA" for its use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) to interactive educational tools for children with disabilities. The fintech project "Payknit" took third place for its contribution to streamlining cross-border payment solutions, while "Our Environment" was honored for the best sustainable solution with its development of an intelligent recycling system based on reverse vending machines (RVMs).
Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan, noted that since its inception in 2022, the award has attracted 482 participants and honored 17 winners, serving as a vital platform for female-led startups. Tamer Ghazaleh, CEO of Capital Bank, added that the innovative digital projects showcased this year reflect a mindset that views innovation as a tool for a more inclusive future. Fadi Qutaishat, Chairman of int@j, concluded that supporting such models contributes to a more sustainable digital ecosystem and enhances the role of women in shaping the future of digital transformation in Jordan.
