jordan pulse -

Temperatures are set to climb steadily over the coming days as warmer conditions gradually expand across the Kingdom, following mild weather prevailing on Wednesday, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.

Pleasant conditions continue across most regions today, while relatively warmer weather dominates the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low clouds are appearing in some areas, accompanied by moderate northwesterly winds.

A sharper rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday, with readings returning to seasonal levels under sunny and stable conditions. Weather is forecast to turn moderate across most regions and warmer across the Badia and low-lying areas, as winds shift from southeasterly to northwesterly during the afternoon.

The warming trend is expected to intensify further on Friday, pushing conditions toward warmer levels across much of the country and relatively hot weather in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Easterly winds are forecast to become active at times, raising dust particularly in desert areas.

Warm and stable conditions are expected to persist into Saturday, with relatively hot weather continuing in low-lying and desert regions under moderate southeasterly winds.

Temperature ranges on Wednesday reflect the gradual warming pattern, with East Amman forecast between 20 C and 11 C, and West Amman between 18 C and 9 C. Northern highlands will record 16 C to 6 C, while the Sharah highlands range between 17 C and 7 C.

In the Badia, temperatures are expected between 25 C and 11 C, and in the plains between 21 C and 12 C. The northern Jordan Valley is forecast at 27 C to 15 C, rising to 31 C to 19 C in the southern valley. The Dead Sea will record 29 C to 17 C, while Aqaba reaches 29 C to 18 C.
