The Faculty of Law at Middle East University hosted a specialized seminar titled "Law and Arbitration in Case Management," presented by the General Agent of the State Litigation Department, His Excellency Tamer Khrais, alongside State Litigation Department agents Dr. Sherihan Al-Hadid and Mr. Saad Maryan.
​The participants reviewed the roles undertaken by the State Litigation Department in protecting public funds and representing state institutions before the judiciary. The seminar also highlighted the State Litigation Department Law, the Execution Law, and the Jordanian Arbitration Law, emphasizing the importance of these legislations in safeguarding public rights and enhancing the efficiency of the legal system.
​The seminar featured interactive discussions with students addressing the practical aspects of the department's work, which contributed to enriching their legal knowledge and deepening their understanding of the requirements of specialized legal practice.
