Orange Jordan has announced a series of structural changes to its executive management committee. Effective July 1, 2026, these leadership appointments align with the company's long-term strategic vision and business priorities, reinforcing its operational and technical capabilities.
New Executive Lineup
Eng. Waleed Al-Doulat: Appointed as Chief Wholesale and Security Officer. Al-Doulat began his career with Orange Jordan in 1992 as a transmission network operations and maintenance engineer. He has since advanced through various senior roles, previously serving as the Executive Director of the Wholesale Unit as well as Chief IT and Networks Officer.
Eng. Bruno Joys: Appointed as Chief Information and Data Officer. Having served as the Executive Director of IT and Deputy Chief IT and Networks Officer since March 2024, Joys brings over 28 years of telecommunications experience. His new mandate focuses on accelerating digital transformation and driving data-centric initiatives, including the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Eng. Ayman Sarhan: Appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Sarhan has served as the Network Engineering Director since 2008 and possesses more than 26 years of specialized telecom experience. In his new role, he will oversee the company's comprehensive technological development to drive sustainable growth, corporate transformation, and infrastructure expansion.
