Arab Bank continued its platinum sponsorship for the tenth edition of the Jordan Science and Art Festival, organized annually by The Children's Museum Jordan ahead of the new academic year. The festival aims to prepare children for returning to school while fostering their passion for knowledge and learning. Targeting children aged 4 to 12 along with their families, the three-day event offered opportunities to explore science, art, technology, and literature through interactive experiences combining education and entertainment.
The festival drew more than 6,000 visitors, including children and their families, reflecting its status as one of the most anticipated educational events for local households. The program featured over 40 activities, workshops, and cultural and scientific shows designed to provide children with diverse opportunities to experiment, explore, and learn in an engaging, interactive environment. Activities spanned hands-on scientific experiments, workshops on technology and innovation, arts, and literature, as well as live science demonstrations that simplified complex concepts for young audiences.
The festival also served as a platform for dozens of educational content providers who gathered under one roof to present their interactive experiences, ideas, and educational material to children and families. This enriched the visitor experience and broadened children's horizons, enabling them to discover new fields of interest through play-based learning. In addition, the schedule included various artistic and literary performances, highlighted by the theatrical "An Adventure Between the Pages of Books," presented in collaboration with the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation—Arab Bank’s cultural and social responsibility arm.
Arab Bank’s support for the festival aligns with its corporate social responsibility program, "Together," which aims to support key vital sectors, primarily education, in line with its commitment to empowering children and youth with the skills and knowledge required for the future. In this context, the bank continues its sponsorship of the "Community Outreach" program at The Children's Museum Jordan, which delivers a wide array of educational activities throughout the year, offering children creative learning spaces to explore their passions and develop their capabilities through practical experience.
