​For the Al-Faisaly vs. Al-Wehdat match, Makhadmeh will be assisted on the pitch by Ahmad Al-Ruwaili and Hamza Saadeh, with Lebanese referee Wael Haidar serving as the fourth official and Mohammad Muharram designated as reserve assistant referee. Egyptian referee Mohamed Maarouf will oversee Video Assistant Referee (VAR) duties, assisted by fellow Egyptian Ahmed Hossam, according to reporting by Ammon News.
​In the semi-final encounter between Al-Ramtha and Al-Hussein, Egyptian referee Mohamed Maarouf will act as head referee, supported by assistant referees Mohammad Bakkar and Ayman Obeidat. Lebanese referee Wael Haidar will serve as the fourth official, with Qais Khamis as reserve assistant referee. Adham Makhadmeh will handle VAR duties alongside Egyptian assistant VAR Ahmed Hossam.
