The Southern Military Zone thwarted an infiltration attempt by three individuals across one of its border fronts early Saturday morning after Border Guard forces detected them attempting to cross the border illegally.
Border Guard personnel applied the rules of engagement, successfully arresting all three individuals and transferring them to the relevant authorities for legal action.
The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) reaffirmed that its Border Guard forces remain vigilant and resolute in protecting the Kingdom's borders, safeguarding its sovereignty, and confronting any unauthorized attempts or illegal activities that threaten national security and stability.
