Ahliyya University, represented by President Prof. Sari Hamdan, took part in the Career Accelerator Programme (CAP) organised by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in partnership with INJAZ.
The event was attended by several high-ranking officials including Digital Economy Minister Sami Samirat, Education and Higher Education Minister Azmi Mahafzah, and HE Prof. Dhafir Sarayrah, Head of the Higher Education Accreditation Commission, along with university presidents, college deans, and representatives from academic and tech sectors.
During the event, multiple memoranda of understanding were signed, including one between Ahliyya University and INJAZ. The agreement aims to train students in high-demand digital skills through specialised e-learning courses delivered via global platforms such as Amazon and Microsoft.
The opening session also saw cybersecurity firm Kaspersky join the list of certified service providers under the programme, expanding technical skill options for students and boosting their employability both locally and globally.
