Al-Duwairi: Strengthening Cooperation Between Construction and Furniture Sectors Supports National Industry
Commenting on the meeting, Al-Duwairi emphasized the vital importance of fostering integration between the contracting and furniture manufacturing sectors. He highlighted the need to expand horizons for local products to benefit from ongoing construction and urban development projects, underscoring the priority of supporting Jordanian industries and boosting their presence in both domestic and international markets.
The Association's participation follows previous discussions with JFEMA regarding a potential Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance joint cooperation. Proposed initiatives include listing JFEMA’s products and suppliers on the "Binaa" platform—to familiarize contractors and engineers with national products—as well as collaborating on export opportunities and international exhibitions.
