The number of male beneficiaries reached 4,471 and females 5,644, including 771 beneficiaries of the National Aid Fund, 388 males and 383 females.
According to the latest statistics, obtained by the Jordan News Agency (Petra), today, Sunday, the number of effective vacancies on the national employment program reached 39,627 for different professions, while the number of closed vacancies reached 4,613.
And 702 companies signed employment agreements with the Ministry of Labor, while the number of companies that submitted their applications for the program is 1,325 companies, as the ministry works to network between job seekers, companies and factories by registering on the program's platform.
The National Employment Program 2022 "Tasheel" provides 60,000 job opportunities for Jordanians in the private sector, and depends on demand from the private sector and aims to job opportunities, after which the worker is trained when needed.
The program trained a number of institutions and employees of the Ministries of Labor, Youth and Local Administration in all governorates to assist companies and youth in searching and applying for jobs.
The program targets ages from 18 to 40 years, while 7 percent of the beneficiaries of the National Aid Fund have been allocated to benefit from the program.
The program requires companies wishing to register to be Jordanian and registered with the General Organization for Social Security, and not to dismiss any employee from the company for the purpose of hiring another employee within the national employment program.
The program also aims to provide job opportunities for Jordanian youth by supporting their employment wages and training if necessary. Since its implementation by the Ministry of Labor in the first phase last April, the program has provided the opportunity for employers to register on the “Tasheel” platform to identify job opportunities with data. to identify these opportunities.
The second phase of the program, which started in the middle of last May, included the registration of job seekers and applying for the announced job opportunities. The third phase, which is the executive phase and merging the two phases (first and second), included networking and starting youth employment, the start of which was delayed as a result of the end of the bank team The international platform is developing the electronic platform for the National Employment Program, which started last July.
The program is one of the government’s economic work priorities 2022, which was designed in partnership with the private sector with the aim of motivating it to provide job opportunities to employ Jordanians looking for work in all economic sectors and fields and all governorates of the Kingdom.
Employment is done by employers according to their needs and in coordination with representatives of the economic sectors and fields. Financial incentives are offered for a period of six months to each worker 130 dinars (wage support) + 10 dinars (support for social security contributions) + 10 dinars (transportation allowance), equal to 150 dinars.
