Amman Al-Ahliyya graduate (Al-Halwani) wins Jordan's first medal at the Asian Taekwondo Games

National Taekwondo team player and graduate of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Zaid Al-Halawani, won Jordan's first medal in the Asian Games (Hangzhou 2022) by winning a bronze in the under-63 kg competition after defeating the Lebanese player Ralph Hanineh in the quarter-finals, qualifying him to the semi-finals.
Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, congratulated graduate Zaid Al-Halawani, wishing him to win more championships and continue the honorable representation of Jordan.
This... The national Taekwondo team looks forward to continuing its achievements and climbing to the podium with the largest number of players in the current Asian Games.
