Demand for kerosene increases by and consumption of 200,000 gas cylinders per day

The depression affecting the Kingdom has raised the demand for fuel materials used in heating such as kerosene and domestic gas, according to the Syndicate of Gas Station Owners.

The head of the syndicate of gas station owners, Nahar Al-Saeedat, revealed that the demand for kerosene increased by 20% from the normal rate since the depression began to be affected, while the demand for diesel remained at normal levels.

He said the demand for domestic gas had reached about 200,000 cylinders per day.
