In a step aimed at enhancing the educational experience and providing practical training opportunities for its students, Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by its president, Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Health Computing Company (EHS), represented by the company’s CEO, Engineer Omar Ayesh, as the memorandum of understanding aims to enhance awareness of technology in Health care services between students and faculty members, in addition to providing training on the Hakeem program, which aims to bridge the gap between educational outcomes and labor market needs.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Yazan Hassouna, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Wissam Amari, and the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Jamal Al-Nabulsi.

The University President stressed the importance of this cooperation between the university and the company in training and innovation in the field of health and technology to develop student skills and enhance Jordan’s position as a leading center in education and innovation in the health sector.

For his part, the CEO of the Health Computing Company, Engineer Omar Ayesh, indicated that this memorandum will increase the existing close cooperation between the academic and health sectors, and will contribute to the advancement of scientific research and innovation.
