On Tuesday, the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army carried out 7 airdrops of humanitarian and food aid targeting a number of sites in the northern Gaza Strip.
The airdrops included relief and humanitarian aid to support the people in the Gaza Strip, as a result of the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip.
A Royal Jordanian Air Force plane, a plane belonging to the Arab Republic of Egypt, a British plane, three aircraft belonging to the United States of America and one aircraft belonging to the Federal Republic of Germany participated in the landing operation.
The Jordanian Armed Forces affirm that they continue to send humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift to deliver it through aid planes from Marka Airport towards Al-Arish International Airport or through airdrops on the Gaza Strip or land aid convoys, to help the people in the Gaza Strip overcome the difficult situation, and to embody the spirit of cooperation and solidarity between the two brotherly peoples.
It is noteworthy that the number of air drops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 90, 225 airdrops in cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries.
