Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh and his Egyptian counterpart Mostafa Madbouly are set to chair the 32nd session of the Joint Jordanian-Egyptian High Committee today, Thursday, following the commencement of its preparatory meetings on Wednesday.
The delegation accompanying the Prime Minister includes ministers: State for Prime Minister Affairs Ibrahim Al-Jazi, Energy and Mineral Resources Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, Tourism and Antiquities Makram Al-Qaisi, Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmad Al-Hanandeh, Industry, Trade, and Supply Yousef Al-Shamali, Planning and International Cooperation Zeina Toukan, Transport Wissam Al-Tahat, and Government Communication Mahnoud Al-Mobaideen.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Minister of Transport Wissam Al-Tahat discussed with her Egyptian counterpart, General Kamel Al-Wazir, on Wednesday, the aspects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of land, sea, and rail transport.
Al-Tahat emphasized the depth of the Jordanian-Egyptian relations and the joint cooperation in various economic fields, especially in the transport sector with its multiple branches. She highlighted the importance of holding such regular joint meetings to enhance cooperation in the transport sectors and other economic areas, benefiting both countries.
