Amman, November 2024 – Arab Bank recently participated as the "Banking Sponsor" of the 10th edition of the MENA ICT Forum 2024, held at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre at the Dead Sea. The event, inaugurated by the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship on behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah II, brought together 3,000 attendees from 40 countries, including government officials, industry experts, and private sector leaders.
Organised by the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (INTAJ) in collaboration with the Ministries of Digital Economy and Investment, the forum spanned two days and featured participation from 75 representatives of 43 investment funds across the region. This year’s theme, “Integration in Innovation: Exploring the Future of ICT in the MENA Region,” focused on connectivity, innovation, and transformation, highlighting technology's role as a driving force for inclusive growth and progress in the region.
Key Partnership: Omnify and Menaitech
On the sidelines of the forum, Omnify, the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform launched by Acabes, Arab Bank’s fintech solutions arm, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Menaitech, a leading HR management technology provider. This partnership enables Menaitech to integrate Omnify's comprehensive banking and financial solutions seamlessly into its existing services, enhancing its offerings for its clients.
