Amman, Sept 14, 2025 – Zain Jordan, through its innovation platform ZINC, in partnership with Nokia and Al-Balqa Applied University, and with knowledge transfer partner Kawkab.ai, launched the “AI Bootcamp” on Sunday. The five-day program is hosted at ZINC’s headquarters in King Hussein Business Park.

The bootcamp was inaugurated by Nokia Jordan General Manager Eng. Modar Ghaleb Al-Zoubi, with 70 young men and women selected from over 450 applicants, based on team size, quality and feasibility of ideas, technical background, and AI programming skills.

Participants will benefit from local and international expertise, advanced AI tools, and hands-on training focused on product development, moving from idea stage to final presentation.

ZINC said the initiative supports youth and entrepreneurs, strengthens Jordan’s position as a regional hub for innovation and technology, and aims to develop at least 20 minimum viable AI-powered products as potential foundations for future startups driving digital transformation and economic growth.
