His Majesty King Abdullah II on Wednesday met Hungarian Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Gábor Böröndi at Basman Palace.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen military cooperation between Jordan and Hungary, as well as regional developments and efforts to achieve peace.

Attending were Director of the King’s Office Eng. Alaa Batayneh, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, and Hungarian Ambassador to Jordan Péter Jakab.
