Zain Jordan, through its innovation platform ZINC, serves as strategic partner of the international conference Institutional Excellence in an AI-Led Environment ExAI’25, held in Petra over three days under the patronage of Prime Minister Ja’far Hassan. The event is organised by ZeeDimension, Cepal Consulting, and INTAJ, with broad participation from experts, policymakers, and speakers from Jordan and abroad.
Public Sector Development Minister Badria Al-Balbisi opened the conference on behalf of the Prime Minister. Sessions focus on strengthening institutional readiness for smart transformation, enabling competitive excellence through integrated data, digital tools, and intelligent practices. The programme highlights advanced applications, global models, leadership capacity-building, and use of AI in assessment, improvement, and strategic decision-making. It also promotes public-private partnerships, investment in smart-excellence economies, and building resilient, data-driven institutions.
Zain participates via a ZINC pavilion hosting two incubated startups, Avancer and Skids, specialising in cybersecurity and AI. Both showcase innovative tech solutions for institutional needs. Al-Balbisi visited the pavilion and reviewed key projects, business models, and applications supporting Jordan’s digital-transformation track.
The conference features a keynote by Jordanian entrepreneur Amjad Masad, founder and CEO of Replit, titled AI, Builders, and the Next $1B Companies. He discusses the future of organisations in the AI era and the role of developers in creating the next generation of billion-dollar companies, stressing adoption of AI technologies for more adaptable business models.
Zain’s sponsorship reflects its leadership in supporting digital transformation, promoting advanced technologies in business environments, and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The company continues to empower Jordanian startups by enabling participation in major specialised regional events, expanding their presence and competitiveness locally and globally.
