Family of a young woman extended their gratitude today to a traffic officer from the Capital's Traffic Department for his courageous and humanitarian stance that saved their daughter's life after she suffered a medical emergency (swallowing her tongue) while inside her vehicle on a public street in center of capital.
Proper conduct and speed of the traffic officer and his colleagues had a significant impact on saving her life. The traffic officer immediately drove the vehicle with help of his colleagues, who worked to clear road ahead of him until delivering her to nearest hospital. Primary first aid was administered there, which saved her, and she is now in good and stable condition.
