Therefore, over many years, he has been able to build a solid relationship with the people of Salt and Balqa, based on respect, trust, and proximity to community concerns.

In the world of law, Dr. Hazem Al-Nsoor represents a model of a lawyer who has combined knowledge and experience. He began his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan in 1995, before continuing his educational path to obtain a Master's degree in Private Law from the Middle East University in 2013. He then crowned his academic journey by obtaining a PhD in the Philosophy of Public Law from the University of Jordan in 2017 with distinction, confirming that knowledge for him is an ongoing project that never stops.
However, degrees alone do not make men of law. Therefore, practical experience came to grant him another dimension. Since 1997, he has been practicing law as a practicing master attorney, presenting a model of a lawyer who defends the right with knowledge and ethics, believing that justice is not merely texts, but a message and a responsibility.
Because the law for him is a message that transcends courtrooms, he engaged in and professional work. He was a member of the Freedoms Committee in the Jordanian Bar Association, a member of the Jordanian Arbitrators Association, and a member of the Amman Group for Future Dialogues, out of his belief that dialogue and law are the foundation for building a modern state.
He also continued his academic mission as a faculty member at the College of Law, to transfer his experience to new generations of law students, believing that the making of men of law begins in university halls before court squares. Alongside this, he worked as a legal advisor for several companies and institutions, combining academic thought and practical application.
Politically, Dr. Hazem Al-Nsoor is known as a man of balanced vision, reading the scene with the mind of a legal expert and the experience of a politician, away from emotion or posturing. He believes in dialogue, respects the other opinion, and considers that difference in opinion should be a means to produce solutions, not a cause for dispute and division.
Socially, he has managed to reserve a distinguished place for himself among the people of Salt and Balqa through his humanitarian initiatives and community contributions, until his name became associated with voluntary work and public service, which has given him a wide balance of love and respect among various segments of society.
What distinguishes Dr. Hazem Al-Nsoor is that he has never separated law from the human being, nor politics from ethics. He has remained close to the people, listening to them, and believing that social responsibility is no less important than professional responsibility, and that serving the homeland begins with serving the citizen.
