Arab Bank has renewed its strategic cooperation with the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF) for Education and Development for the twelfth consecutive year. This reaffirms the bank's ongoing commitment to supporting efforts aimed at developing education and fostering community development in Jordan, in line with its dedication to investing in human capital and empowering local communities.
This cooperation supports the foundation’s pioneering programs and initiatives in education and development, which, during 2025, reached over one million beneficiaries across the Kingdom's governorates. These programs have included school library development, teacher empowerment, promoting the role of women, developing skills for children and youth, supporting orphans, and expanding learning opportunities through innovative digital platforms.
The partnership has also witnessed active participation from Arab Bank employees in various volunteer activities focusing on education, childhood, and women's empowerment. These contributions have enhanced the impact of the programs on beneficiaries and local communities, reflecting the spirit of responsibility and belonging among the volunteers.
Through the renewal of the cooperation agreement, Arab Bank continues its support for several key programs and initiatives, most notably the "I Read" and "Read to Me" programs, which aim to develop children's reading skills and foster a culture of reading. The bank also supports the "Madrasati" initiative, which aims to improve the educational environment and school infrastructure.
The cooperation also includes providing scholarships through the "Al-Aman Fund" to assist and support orphans over the age of eighteen in completing their education and building a better future, in addition to supporting programs for women's empowerment and family and child protection through the Jordan River Foundation. The support further extends to programs by the Royal Health Awareness Society aimed at promoting the mental and educational health of students.
Arab Bank continues to support efforts to develop teachers' capabilities through the "Teach with Confidence" program implemented by the Queen Rania Teacher Academy, which aims to enhance their professional skills and elevate educational outcomes. Furthermore, the bank contributes to improving school environments through the "My Beautiful Environment" project in cooperation with the Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education. The collaboration also includes supporting the "Community Outreach" program in cooperation with the Children's Museum, which aims to educate children on important societal and national issues, as well as supporting the "Edraak" platform by providing free courses that help students and youth acquire skills that meet the needs of the labor market.
Arab Bank has been a supporter of the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development since 2014, and this cooperation has contributed to supporting and launching many initiatives and programs that have left a tangible impact across the Kingdom.
