The price of a gram of 21-karat gold, the most sought-after grade among Jordanian consumers, stood at JD86.90 for selling purposes at jewelry shops Thursday, against JD82.80 for buying.

In a statement, Jordania Jewelers Syndicate (JJSJO) said a gram of 24-karat gold is sold for JD99.70, while the cost of 18-karat gold sold stands at JD76.80.
